The guarantee terms are valid if the guarantee conditions have been observed by the client; the terms and conditions are specified in the duly filled in and signed by the servicing technician maintenance card of the product.

The company offers temporary facilities to its clients until repair of the break-down for guarantee and after-guarantee products.
