GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.Payment terms:
• for heating equipment – from 3 to 36 months;
• for air-conditioning equipment – from 3 to 18 months;
• for wood processing machines – from 3 to 24 months;
• for furniture – from 3 to 18 months;
• for wooden houses – up to 60 months.

2. Initial installments:
• for heating equipment – from 30% to 50%;
• for air-conditioning equipment – from 30% to 50%;
• for wood processing machines – from 30% to 50%;
• for furniture – from 30% to 50%;
• for wooden houses – from 20% to 50%.

3. Expenses of the client upon contract conclusion:
• advance payment;
• research (study) fee;
• management fee;
• insurance.

4. Method of payment of the leasing:
• equal monthly installments;
• possibility for payment of the VAT in installments;
• without penalty fee in case payment of the leasing before its completion.

5. Insurances:
• all products on leasing have a compulsory insurance "Property" for the whole period of the contract, payable every year.
