REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Legal Entities:
• Court Decision for Registration (notary certified copy);
• Good Standing Certificate of the company (original or a notary certified copy);
• Security (promissory note; declaration of property location – to be filled in upon contract signing);
• Copy of an Identity Document of the person representing the Legal Entity or of the authorized person;
• Copy of BULSTAT registration (certified by the Legal Entity or by the distributor with a signature and stamp);
• Copy of Identification Number as per the Law on VAT (certified by the Legal Entity or by the distributor with signature and stamp);
• Financial Statement and a report for income and costs for the past year.

2. Physical Persons:
• Copy of an Identity document;
• Copy of the identity document of the warrantor;
• Securities (promissory note; declaration of property location; declaration for citizenship-, property- or ownership status – to be filled in upon contract signing);
• Income document - for both the candidate and the warrantor - (one of the listed) Labour Contract, Tax Declaration for the past year, a document for share participation in the trade company, Rental Contract/s.
• The warrantor can't be member of family - husband/wife, brother/sister, parrents or children.

3. Sole Proprietors:
• Court Decision for Registration (notary certified copy);
• Good Standing Certificate of the company (original or a notary certified copy);
• Security (promissory note; declaration of property location – to be filled in upon contract signing);
• Copy of an Identity Document;
• Copy of the identity document of the warrantor;   
• Copy of BULSTAT registration (certified by the Legal Entity or by the distributor with a signature and stamp);
• Copy of Identification Number as per the Law on VAT (certified by the Sole Proprietor or by the distributor with signature and stamp);
• Financial Statement for income and costs for the past year.

Remark:
It is possible that other additional documents be required depending on the specifics of the leasing scheme.
