The idea of creating an Auto Directory in "Erato Holding" AD, that will deal with trading and automobile servicing appeared back in 2006.

At that time started contract negotiations with the official import companies "Auto Italia" and "Milano Motors" for dealership for the region of Haskovo of the brands Fiat, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo, Piaggio, Vespa and Gilera.

The Company chose exactly these Italian automobiles, because they will hence prove to be the best middle class automobile, having into consideration their accessible price and proved quality. Except for the typical for the Italian brands stylish design, the automobiles Fiat and Alfa Romeo are distinguished with the exceptionally high level of security. The wide range of lorries also offers wonderful possibilities for the companies with small and medium-sized business characteristics.

After signing the contract for distributor rights it was build a temporary service for automobiles from the presented brands, and at the same time the management of "Erato Holding" AD decides to build a modern auto-complex in the Southern Industrial Zone on the ring – road Harmanli – Kardjali, that includes two show-rooms, and a service, shop for spare parts, car – wash, cafeteria and offices. The investment is about 2 million leva and the enterprise will initially create 20 new work places, and later they are expected to become 50. The official opening of the Auto-complex is in September 2007.

Since March 2008 "Erato Holding" AD is representative for the region of Haskovo of the Japanese automobiles "Mazda", after signing the contract for dealership with the official import company "Star Motors".
