Dear friends,
corresponding to the new Energy Efficiency Act and the initiatives undertaken by the government of the Republic of Bulgaria in the person of the Energy Efficiency Agency for improving the energy efficiency in the municipalities, the company EARTO HOLDING AD started a programme to organize undertakings about the energy efficiency in the municipal sites, using the well known and proven its working capacity work methods such as Contracting with Guaranteed Result, Third Party Financing  and Energy Management Agreements. The enumerated terms denoting a wide range of contractual and financial techniques are used purposely in the case of projects for increasing energy effeciency or energy production from renewable energy sources.

Undertakings started by us about the energy efficiency in the municipal sites include offering complex cervises including:
  • Energy audit- to determine the potential for saving energy. Detailed energy inquiry to determine the basis for designing, the initial energy comsumption, and the main senario for a process, building, and a group of buildings;
  • Preparing a design assignment;
  • Preparing a technical solution and preliminary design;
  • Raising finance for the site;
  • Introducing the systems and realization of full engineering;
  • Transferring the site to turnkey;
  • Instructing the client’s staff about the questions connected with the exploitation and maintenance;
  • Maintenece of the equipment during the period of the validity of the agreement;
  • Realization of monitoring to calculate the actual saving in comparison with the initial energy comsumption and the main scenario.

The advantages for the municipalities to which we provide through the offered by us contracts for energy efficiency with guaranteed result and contract for selling heat energy are many, and namely:

  • The operative expences are decreased and the energy efficiency is increased- economic effet;
  • The heat comfort and working conditions in the buildings are improved;
  • An external source of finance, for activities which are not characteristic for the municipalities, is provided;
  • Only with one source of equipment and cervises is dealt with;
  • An opportunity is created to provide finance for the project (access to capital);
  • An access is given to technical experience of the company for energy cervises;
  • Technical and financial guarantees are given for the achievement of the project results;
  • Accounts are provided during the whole life cycle of the agreement;
  • Ecological advantages are achieved by the decreased energy consumption and the use of renewable energy sources- wood biomass;
  • Social benefits are achieved by the hiring of service staff necessary for the production and delivery of an environmentaly friendly fuel- wood biomass.
